Hippi the Hippo love to take long baths. If they aren’t taking a bath, then they're lounging in a pool! Hippi tend to live in dry areas, so they spend lots of time moisturizing and drinking water to stay hydrated. But even if they lived in the rainforest, these hippos would still be happy to take a cool and refreshing dip in the water.

My daughter insists her hippo needs "pool day" every afternoon, so it sits in a shallow bowl of water on the porch while she splashes around. Somehow the thing still looks new after weeks of this.

This hippo has barely left my kid's bathtub since it arrived — apparently they're both water lovers now. The fabric dries surprisingly fast for something that gets soaked daily.

My daughter loves the little story about Hippi needing to stay moisturized—it makes bath time feel like a game. Only wish the fabric was a bit thicker so it held up better to daily dunking.
